Gray Owl District is part of Circle Ten Council in the Dallas Texas area. The district serves the residents of Garland and Rockwall Independant School Districts, which includes the communitites of Garland, Heath, Rowlett, Rockwall and Sachse, Texas. The mission of Scouting is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Gray Owl District delivers this to the youth in our area. We provide the resources and training to our leaders and youth to enable them to bring this mission to life. Gray Owl Program Extravaganza August 5 at First Christian Church downtown Garland Join Scouting Night Training starts at 7:00PM and goes to 7:30 Roundtable/Program Extravaganza is 7:30PM - 9:00PM Please join us for a fulfilling and informative evening. We will be serving Hot Dogs and pass out the program booklet for the upcoming year. Members of the committee and others will have information booths set up for you to visit. Bring all the leaders from your unit to join in on the Food, Fun, and Fellowship!!
