Gray Owl District is part of Circle Ten Council in the Dallas Texas area.  The district serves the residents of Garland and Rockwall Independant School Districts, which includes the communitites of Garland, Heath, Rowlett, Rockwall and Sachse, Texas.

The mission of Scouting is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Law.  Gray Owl District delivers this to the youth in our area.  We provide the resources and training to our leaders and youth to enable them to bring this mission to life.
